Little Flower Health Centre
Kolonyama, Lesotho

Three sisters and two other women work at the Little Flower Health Centre in the Leribe District. Many services are provided: outpatient, well baby clinic, home and school visits, village health workers and even an occasional delivery of a newborn.

There is great joy in seeing healthy babies and children, in seeing God's hand in the healing of sick people, in some HIV patients who begin to accept themselves and when patients take advice and become better. The challenges are equally as great: too many babies and children are orphaned, young people dying of AIDS one after another; trying to keep up with knowledge of new diseases.

A big dream is to have a better health centre building and larger staff to provide more services to the people in the area.
